ECBookks Bookkeeping & Advisory provides bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll processing support, and financial reporting for small businesses, nonprofits, and private clients. The specific services, deliverables, timing, and fees for any engagement are set out in a written engagement agreement — nothing on this website creates an engagement by itself.
Not tax, legal, audit, or investment advice
ECBookks is a bookkeeping and advisory practice, not a licensed CPA firm, law firm, audit firm, or registered investment adviser. We do not perform audits, reviews, or compilations, we do not issue opinions on financial statements, and we do not file tax returns. We prepare and maintain records so your CPA or tax preparer can do their work efficiently. Content on this site is general information, not advice for your specific situation.
Your responsibilities
Accurate bookkeeping depends on complete and timely information. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the source documents you provide, for reviewing and approving the records we prepare, and for your own regulatory and tax filing obligations.
Use of this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or abusive traffic, or access areas you are not authorised to use. Submissions through the consultation form should not include sensitive credentials or identity documents.
